Once the theory I had learnt and the practical skills meshed I felt a wave of ‘I can actually do this’. Graeme ensured everything was moving at a pace I was happy with and I felt a lot was covered during the morning.

I have taken what I learnt and have made more loaves at home and I continue to look forward to experimenting with bread further.

Family Pasta making class  - We had a really great few hours doing our pasta class with Graeme. As the kids were under 12 we agreed to do a shortened 2 hour class rather than... read more the adult 3 hour and this was just about the right amount of time.
Graeme was really knowledgeable and informed and taught us well about how to make pasta in the class as well as take what we’d learnt and use and apply that at home. Our kids (10, 8) were able to access pretty much most of the class and tools he provided.
The setting was clean and well presented and Graeme was a good host.
My only small criticism was we were told in advance we would eat what we’d made for lunch, which Graeme cooked on our behalf and served in a sauce for us, and was very tasty, but we were unsure of the quantity we would make and so it was hard to plan meals for the day. We made a good amount but it wasn’t sufficient for four of us to feel full and so we found somewhere to go for a large dessert on the way home. Not a big issue at all but just with kids would have been helpful to know in advance. A really great experience & still worthy of the 5 stars I’ve given it but just a would be good to know for others in the future. Maybe in the full 3hour adult course we’d have made more. Overall would highly recommended and we’re looking to book another later in the year.

Excellent cooking course - Excellent pasta cooking course. Really friendly and informative and fantastic value for money. I learnt so much over the morning and it was a fun practical and hands on experience.

For me, it was about the company - The conversation as much as the food AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING.
