In this course you will learn some bread basics whilst making your dough, including developing your dough and the flavour within it.
As well as a practice dough, you will make 2 types of pizza dough; a low and a high hydration dough. You will learn to make and use pre ferments and also how to make your dough to fit around you, understanding what and why the ingredients are going in, understand timings, stages and advanced preparation.
We will look at different types of sauces as well as making one from scratch.
Then after shaping your dough, you can choose from some toppings to create your perfect pizza to cook and eat.
