Not much beats a good pie!

From simple to complex, pastry offers a vast array of delights. You can experience making some for yourself. You can learn how to make pastry.

On this experience you will venture in to making different pastry doughs that even an absolute beginner can do, Giving you an arsenal to create an array of different food.

You will start with the very basic shortcrust dough learning how to make this dough simply, how to handle it, modify it and use it.

You will then learn how to make a sweet pastry and make a pâte sucrée. From here you will choose to either make a sweet tart or a savoury pie with your pastry.

We will the look at puff pastry and the technique to making it, then you will create a rough puff pastry. From there you will make a sausage* roll and some sweet deserts with your pastry.

You can then enjoy your creations.

* can be also be meat free filling.
