Pasta is a staple that a lot of us eat at least once a week. This simple carb goes great with so many different things, turning it into one of the most versatile ingredients we buy. The easy go to shop bought pasta doesn’t compare to freshly made though and once you learn how simple it can be to make yourself, you’ll be able to take your pasta dishes to another level.
In this fun 3 hour experience...
You will make semolina pasta, Egg pasta and naturally coloured pasta doughs, learning the how and why.
We will then cover some knife skills and do some veg prep to create a fresh Italian ragu.
You will also create some fresh fillings for your pasta.
Then the creative fun starts where you will then roll, shape and create all types of different pasta from Penne and Farfelle to tortellini and Ravioli, using colours and shapes to create something beautiful to look and and eat.
We'll then cook and enjoy our creations and along with your new skill you can take some away to enjoy later.
