Week Night Meals

Ideally you want to be cooking your own food as often as possible, saving money and eating healthier. But often knowing where to start and what to make let alone how to cook it can be a challenge.

That's where this experience steps in to take your hand and guide you through the turmoil of weeknight dinners. You can be as adventurous or as simple as you like.

I will work with you to achieve what you need, from the time you have to make food to the level of skill you have to prepare it.

You will learn and make 2 - 3 meals from scratch, learning how to cut time, plan ahead or speed up making it where needed. It will give you the skills to be able to create some dinners as well as adapt them to create other similar ones.

You can choose from a list of dinners to make or you can come up with your own ideas, all based around your preferred diet and cooking ability.
