Learn to make and understand one of the oldest human made foods, bread. You will learn the basics of how easily bread is made, to the complexities it has to make good bread.

Are you fed up of asking why is my bread going wrong, why is my bread dense, why is my bread not working?

Making great bread can be a devotion that can last a lifetime, but information can be is disjointed and contradictory. This experience will give you the foundations to start on your bread journey as well as arming you with some good breads straight out the gate. You will learn what makes bread work and what doesn't. You will learn about how to make bread work and most importantly learn how to make it work for you, using different techniques for different breads.

You will make a 2 white loaves of bread whilst understanding each stage, the ingredients and the effects they have and looking at what gives bread its flavour and how to improve on this.

From there you can choose between making a pizza dough or focaccia bread.

Finally you can choose to make a speciality bread showing other ingredients we can use in our dough. (brioche, flat breads, buns..)

If you want to learn how to make bread and understand what makes your bread work, then this is the experience for you.

This course is can be run for vegans and vegetarians. - Please inform in advance.
