One to one: £100
Two or more: £60 per person
You don't have to wait for an Experience, you make one.
Experiences are available to book for yourself or with others, throughout the year.

Your Experience includes:
Day 0930 - 1330
Evening 1900 - 2130
- Four hours of one to one/group learning (2.5 hours evening)
- A complimentary drink on arrival, including freshly ground coffee, a choice of teas or cold drinks*
- All your ingredients and equipment are provided, including aprons
- Handmade snacks from F.Oh.Oh.D
- Fresh olives
- Refreshments whenever you need them
- Your lunch/supper**
- A certificate of your achievement
- Takeaway summary notes from your learning
* Non alcoholic drinks only. You can bring your own alcohol (on request).
** Your meal will consist of the food you have made, along with any additions by me if needed.
Oh...
When you come to an experience, you won't be watching me cook and taking notes. You will be hands on and doing everything yourself.
The peak of your learning occurs when you actively participate, and at F.Oh.Oh.D, all experiences are based on the principle of creating, whilst understanding why.

Each Experience has a framework, and will be delivered around you to make sure you are taking away what you want to know. We will not follow a specific recipe for you to take away as you will learn skills instead, to repeat and adapt with confidence.
Have a completely personalised Experience with a one to one session, or come friends and enjoy the Experience as a group.
Experiences have recommended group sizes up to five. For larger groups, please contact me.
You can choose from the below popular Experiences or enquire about creating your own if you want to do something specific.
All Experiences take place at my home where you will have everything you need to create and learn. Experiences can also come to you in your own home if you wish. Please contact me for more information.
Please leave at least a day's notice before booking to allow us time to prepare for your Experience.

If you would prefer to book via email or phone, please contact me and I can arrange that directly.
If you are wishing to use a voucher, you can book directly with me or you can enter your voucher number on the booking form above, complete the process but close the browser before paying. Your booking will be confirmed when your voucher has been verified.
