When you come to an Experience, you won't be watching me cook whilst you take notes. You will be hands-on, doing everything yourself. The peak of learning occurs when you actively participate, and at F.Oh.Oh.D, all Experiences are based on the principle of creating while understanding why.

						We had a fantastic time at our bread making course with Graeme. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain clearly the theory behind baking bread in an accessible way so we can apply what we have learned at home.
