Private cooking experiences to help you understand food
F.Oh.Oh.D invites you to come and have a fun learning experience around food. On your own or with friends you will create something great and understand how to easily do it again, whilst enjoying good food and drink. Have an enjoyable experience making something from scratch then enjoying the out come.
Based on the border of Leicestershire and Warwickshire I am easily accessible and with my guided cooking lessons, tailored to you, I'll guarantee* you a new skill that you can take away and recreate on your own.
For something that we do every day, eating food comes fairly naturally to most people; understanding it though, not so much and considering its one of the main things we do that helps keep us alive, this shouldn't be an ignorance that is bliss.

Feeding ourselves is a life skill that everyone needs to know, built on hundreds of thousands of years of innate behaviour. It is definitely something that for some of us has got a lot easier, but with that we have lost a lot of skills and the ability to do things for ourselves.
Everyone should have some knowledge of food, empowering them to feed themselves and their families, with the tools and ingredients they have available.
I want to try and impart some of my knowledge that I have learnt about food to you, giving you that realisation that cooking doesn't have to be difficult. My aim is to give you some joy and confidence in cooking as well as making it fun rather than a time consuming hassle.
